Learning is not compulsory…
neither is survival.

To avoid disruption, and to build capacity for innovation, we focus on the basics.

Baisic Ventures was established to embrace the disruptive potential that generative AI technologies enable for forward leaning organizations. We help leaders and teams benefit from this period of disruptive change through talent management and leadership development tools grounded in research and experience. Our offerings can increase your team’s capacity to learn and iterate where the payoff will be greatest over the coming decade.

We work primarily with mid-size companies that are preparing, or have started, to incorporate generative AI tools and capabilities into their team and organizational processes. We bring expertise in change management and organizational learning, which research shows can account for more than 50% of the benefits that AI offers to companies that are successfully leveraging it. We have worked with innovative teams across a number of industries, allowing us to draw on the learning from countless mistakes, as well as successes to help your team.

He was also responsible for recruiting cohorts of Stanford Sloan Fellows, co-developed the Stanford LEAP (Leadership Evaluation and Action Planning) 360 assessment tool, and managed the GSB’s first in-residence leadership coaching staff. Previously, he developed leadership programs for CEOs and executives in Silicon Valley, worked as a strategy consultant (Accenture), and served as a Peace Corps Volunteer.
